I said there was nothing about parking charge anywhere while booking and with all the issues we’ve had with rooms I expected to be compensated. Went down to desk and they said it was for the 2 cars for parking at $17 a day per car. When I went to do express check out online the bill was almost $100 more than when I booked online. Finally decided to deal with it and let them know later. Was going to call maintenance and the phone was broke and didn’t work. Let it run for 10 minutes and no difference so used the other shower. In the morning I went to take a shower in the stand alone shower and the shower head and fixture was hanging down and would not stay up. Called front desk and were told to come down and change rooms. This year we got our room on the 13th floor and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling dripping onto the top of toilet seat lid. Over the years the rooms have been going downhill from the furniture to the bathrooms, paint around the big windows is peeling and chipping. We’ve been to Tahoe for 42 yrs where most of them we have stayed at Harrah’s because each room has 2 bathrooms which is great for 4 ladies.
